"I have stayed in hotels of many countries, this one is among the worst. Said to be 4star, but less than 3 star. Staff are ok, but spoke almost no english --- and they called it "international". Toilet smelled, room small, TV not working. Hotels.com shld review its ranking."

"大きな部屋で、スペースが十分にあったのはいいポイントでした。 部屋の清掃はしっかりとされている印象でした。 すぐ隣にコンビニがあるので、便利でした。 シャワホースが少し壊れていて、横から水が漏れるのも許容範囲でした。 シャワールームの作り的に水が床全体に広がってしまいます。 お湯はきちんと出ますし、水圧も問題なかったです。 これはどうしようもないことかもしれませんが、部屋がタバコ臭かったです。 一番残念だったポイントは、バスタオルが2枚とも濡れており、受付にそれを伝えてタオルをかえてもらおうと思ったのですが、「受付にタオルは無い」と言われてしまいました。 濡れたバスタオルを使うのはとても不快でした。 友人が他の部屋に滞在したのですが、6人部屋に対して2つしかタオルがなく、それに対する答えも私たちに対するものと一緒でした。 タオルが使えなくても大丈夫なように、持参すればもっと快適に過ごせると思います。"

"The staff accommodated an early arrival which was very appreciated (we had to pay for it, though). Breakfasts were satisfying. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Shower water spilled out onto floor when showering. Entire hotel was clean. Fridge did not get cold. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Overall an average experience. Would stay here again. "
