"I had a wonderful comfortable room with ensuite. It was quiet and clean, the staff were very friendly. There is a driver if you want to go on any tours. The breakfast was lovely, there was no buffet as it was low season, but an al a carte menu and snack menu were available. I just found the place so relaxing with amazing gardens and wildlife, I loved that it wasn’t busy."

"Great place for us to stay on our first family trip to Kenya. Good area to use as a base when exploring Nairobi before moving on to safaris. Shopping centres close by, restaurants etc. within walking distance and easy when taking a taxi to/from other parts of the city. Used the rooftop pool and sundeck quite a lot as well. Staff was helpful. We stayed at the start of our trip and decided to book it for the last night of our trip as well. "

"I traveled to Nairobi, where I was picked up by a staff from hotel. Stayed at the Troy hotel for two weeks. I had plenty of dishes to choose from. The staff checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was greeted going out and coming in. I was asked what would I like for breakfast the next morning. This experience was delightful being a single traveler. I recommend Troy hotel. It gave a family friendly atmosphere."
