"POSITIVES: Great pool; good quality food; some attentive members of staff; stylish, cosy and private villas; effective air conditioning; comfortable beds; very nice landscaping of the pool area and path to villas; free daily yoga / meditation activities; aloe vera dispenser was a nice touch; lots of storage room for both cases and clothing with plenty hangers; easy-to-use QR code for ordering room service or contacting reception; efficient room service. AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: Shower heads are too weak and take far too long to rinse hair; shampoo and conditioner are not good quality - they need to be more hydrating / moisturising; lighting in the sink area is too dull and at a poor angle; only some of the lighting can be controlled from the bedside switches; shower caps are not provided, making using the rainfall shower difficult if you don’t want to wet your hair; toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet and there is no toilet brush provided; the pool table and equipment needs maintenance; attention to detail and attentiveness shown by staff is inconsistent. Overall, the place is absolutely lovely and beautifully designed; however, whilst incredibly stylish and eye-catching, some practical elements have taken a hit and certain areas need some TLC."

"I stayed at Elements hotel for 4 nights and it was very good the rooms were clean and nicely decorated the staff were fantastic especially Alfonso hotel is close to shopping centre as well as the supermarket great location we stay there again"

"A True Hidden Gem in the Tulum Jungle!This hotel is a true gem hidden in Tulum. From the minute you turn into the driveway, you completely forget there is a noisy city just a few blocks away; it feels exactly like being in the center of a jungle. The rooms are beautiful and come with your own private plunge pool. The toilet and shower were located outside the room, which was completely fine with us—I absolutely loved showering outside, and it felt like a total treat! The toilet itself is located in a closed, private room, so privacy is not an issue. Everything looked brand new. The main pool area is an oasis, complete with a wonderful swim-up bar and a beautiful waterfall feature.We loved it so much that when we needed to stay for a second night a week later, we chose to come right back here instead of booking somewhere a bit more centrally located. Just keep in mind that taxis can get a little costly since there is no ride-share in the area. After dinner, we walked back from town, which took about 30 minutes. We personally enjoy walking to check out the local stores and shop, but that format may not be for everyone. The included breakfast was delicious, and even when ordering extra items off the menu, the prices were more than fair. Just remember that you are truly immersed in a jungle environment, so definitely bring mosquito repellent. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it!"

"I’m sad for Tulum the hotel zone it’s like a ghost town a lot of hotel bar restaurants close the prana hotel close the restaurant but still offer the breakfast at near hotel and restaurant El Capitan they offer you 4 breakfast to choose i ended having pancakes but the last one went to have it at other place because I did not like it the beach has a lot o algae the beach it’s dark and smell so bad"

"A nice quiet place to stay in. If you want to be away from tourists I really recommend this place. It has a bit of both worlds since it is walkable to what I’m guessing their downtown area and far enough from the crowds. Very nice."

"Super convenient location. Staff was warm and welcoming. Room was lovely. Beds were very comfortable and having a terrace was so relaxing. Love the oversized pillows. Breakfast was simply amazing. The fresh bread and papaya jam was delightful. The menu items were beautiful and delicious. The beetroot hummus avocado toast was like a work of art. Evenings spent in the rooftop pool were a refreshing end of lovely days. For a real treat walk toward town center via Calle Polar the street art is spectacular !"
