So grateful they accommodate to change go king size coz elevator access we preferred and room was so clean and big. Staff was amazing and hotel was beautiful and best was walking distance to Arlas / Finns beach club. Loved here would definitely recommend

Really amazing and unique property, right on the beach, woth excellent staff and amenities. Highly recommend

Amazing staff that are happy to help in any circumstance. Beautiful pool and out door seating

If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. The staff were amazing ! The room was as expected.

We had a great stay. Will def come back again.

Great experience. Staff were super friendly. Villas were beautiful, very private, spacious, well-designed and luxurious. Nice breakfast included. Needed to rely on cabs/Villa shuttle to go to beach even though it is close by.

The villa is located in peaceful area with many restaurants and the beaches around. The staff was very attentive with kindness and the cleanliness of the facility was way better than expected. I will definitely come again and recommend Villa Sally to whom are looking for hotels in Canggu area.

We stayed here and found the place to be perfect! Super clean, no smells, well designed, good lighting, and very quiet. The pool/cafe area feels like a backyard pool and is a great place to chill out on the comfy loungers. The staff is very helpful and had a scooter on site for us to rent!

I stand firmly behind my five stars - this hotel definitely earned them on service alone. The staff memorize your name - not just a few, lots of them remember who you are! Constantly trying to help, constantly engaging in friendly conversation. We felt like we were visiting friends! The pools are great (with attached bars Serving great drinks!), location on the beach was quite pretty. The breakfast is fine, not a high point but good, again with very friendly and attentive staff. The room was...

Wow… I absolutely loved my Villa. I came on a solo trip and it is in a great location close to the beach and shops. I love the vibe and beautiful tranquil setting. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond. I’m grateful for the experience.

Perfect location. Easy access to beaches and shopping!!
