"Air conditioner had a humid smell and shower floor is too slippery so it's a red flag and fall hazard. Other than that there's friendly staff and well monitored. Walkable restaurants are open early and close early before sundown but i guess uner eats is always a good option."

"This hotel was amazing, extremely clean and spacious Check in with super easy, the staff was amazing and we noticed a security guard overnight, which made us feel super safe A week later after I stay, we had to be back in Tijuana and we booked this hotel right away, which is near the pet hospital where we also had a wonderful experience"

"Everything and everyone there is excellent. From Eliseo, Pablo and Juan greeting you outside all the way inside. The amazing reception! The rooms are very well kept and comfortable. I will recommend to anyone, this is the place to go and feel taken care of. Last but not least the amazing staff whi help keep the place neat and tidy, along with the great cooks back there Julio and Cinthia. The whole team back there. You guys are the best. Son lo mejor."

"The hotel is a nice option if you are flying out of the Tijuana Airport since it’s only 5mins away. The hotel gym, pool, and bar areas are nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information around the vicinity and they offered two complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel is a little dated but a nice place if you need to be close to the airport area. I would stay again."
