I loved the staff and environment, I always go for a boutique style hotel to support the small businesses and I thought it was amazing. And a really good price also. To whoever is in these reviews saying they wanted it to be more resort like and BS like that should have booked at a resort if they wanted all the perks. I would just say everyone should stay here when going to Oahu because the staff where so excellent.

We found out when we tried to place a charge to my card and it was declined. We were so embarrassed b/c we knew how much we had in our account for this trip. The manager on duty offered 50% off on a second meal, and a free meal. Please…a week stay was charged to our card when we had paid that week stay in advance…well over $1800...

I like that this property is so close to the beach and shopping area. The gym and laundry facilities located on the same floor was convenient. I was able to work out while waiting for the laundry to be done. The manager’s reception with live music and the breakfast with miso soup daily sweet fresh pineapple were really enjoyable.
