"A lovely hotel about 25 mins walk to the centre, we had a large room with great shower, bed and aircon. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were very pleasant. The area was quiet and perfect for our stay. We would definitely come again, Cartagena is a great place to visit!"

Breakfast hot food cold. Desk clerk didn’t tell taxi where we were going so I had to use translator. No WiFi in rooms, lobby or restaurant. They looked shocked I didn’t report WiFi outage, not my job. Four star hotels are on that stuff. Wouldn’t stay again, needed WiFi.

Just surprising that they can't even provide one free bottle of water in the room like every other hotel I've stayed in :)
We enjoyed our short stay, found the staff at reception very helpful and even arranged a taxi for us.
The quality and selection of food was an added bonus and again staff excellent. I was glad it was a short stay otherwise I would have put on weight.

It is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff. I was there for two weeks. Not at the center of things, but the price and facility was great. About 5 minutes drive to downtown area. Parking was ample and free.
