As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. Incredibly unique styling and decor of the hotel. Each floor had it's own futuristic design (favorite was the 4th floor!) Concierge was extraordinary in helping us get the right room and make flight changes. Breakfast was outstanding, mixing "western" styles with the local cuisine. Really loved staying here! We booked pretty late for our trip so we knew that this hotel was not near the city center. However it was a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station and then a 30 min metro ride to the center of Madrid which goes by a lot faster than you think. We were worried about using the metro but it was actually pretty easy!

I stayed at this hotel several times. This time with my dog. It was a very pleasant stay. Thé hôtel staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished. Hôtel is walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, parks. Overall a very great stay in Madrid.

The hotel consists of two buildings. We had booked a triple room which was not available due to work being done in one of the buildings. We were given two connecting rooms which was even better. The best part of this hotel is that it is right next to the train station. After a long day of traveling in Europe, you want to crash in your hotel room as soon as you get back. This station is right at the Chamartín main train and metro stations. Technically, you walk out of the hotel, and you are at the Madrid Chamartín station.
