I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance. Food is excellent in the hotel and worth the price, although you have many choices...
The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They have what you need, including tram tickets. They arranged for a hotel taxi to take me to old town square. That became not available, so they called one. They told me it would run about 450 crowns. It cost me 180. The breakfast was terrific and the staff there friendly and patient, given the volume of people. I would also recommend the Indian restaurant adjacent to the hitel, the Taj Mahal. Excellent food and very inexpensive.
I usually don’t right reviews, but I am extremely pleased with this hotel if you go to Prag definitely consider this hotel. Extremely clean well located delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. I had a very pleasant day.
The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.
My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Residence Agnes. From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming and helpful by greeting us with water, coffee, and wine. Alena walked us through a map of Prague and offered suggestions on what to do, Frank drove us to and from the bus station when we took a day trip out of town, and Stefan and Victoria were huge helps throughout the day. The location is great. It is right by the old town. Everything is in walking distance. Stayed at room 23 on 4th floor, with my family. They had a roll in bed and the sofa bed ready by the time we arrived. Large, clean room with a new, large bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good and Wi-Fi was fast. I parked the car in the national theather which was 10 minutes away. I would stay here again.
Comfortable beds, clean rooms and well maintained property. The staff was wonderful and helpful - especially as a first time traveler to Europe. The free breakfast was superb!

This was a nice hotel with decent size rooms. Staff were nice and friendly. They daily breakfast buffet was also nice. The only thing I didn NOT like about this hotel was the fact that there is a casino attached to the main entrance of the hotel. The smell of cigarettes is pretty obvious and annoying. It even smells like cigarettes inside the hotel's elevator that is on the same side as the casino.
