There are so many places of interest to see, public transportation is near by, endless amount of the great restaurants are located around. As a bonus area around is so picturesque and beautiful.

"This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice.
The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly.

I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.
The hotel, the staff, the atmosphere could not have been better. All of the front desk girls could not have been nicer, or more helpful for me. I do not speak the language but they were ready everyday to help with Taxi and directions. Upon my departure which was very, very early they even set up the taxi at 3:30am and had a box lunch for me. The front desk girl even made me a cup of coffee while I waited for my taxi.
I highly recommend the Eleven Mirrors Design Hotel. I have traveled to Kyiv more than 50 times during the past decade. This is one of the best, if not the best, hotel in Kyiv. The Eleven Mirrors Design Hotel has all you would expect from a top hotel except for an on-premises gym. However, it has a relationship with a nearby full-service fitness center that will serve your exercise needs. And, if you are a runner, the Eleven Mirrors Design Hotel has water and towels at its entrance to refresh...
For not speaking the same language it went very very smooth. Very clean and a great location. Any difficulties were solved. Only complaint is the walls were a little thin if you have neighboring guests.
We stayed at this hotel because the reviews were so good and because of the location so close to the Maidan. Turns out the reviews were quite accurate. Everything was great. The room was clean and spacious. Everything in the bathroom was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful and very security conscious. Only a few steps from Maidan. Worth the money.

From the U.S. Staying in Kiev for business for 5 days. I was unsure about this hotel because of the mixed reviews but I can say this was easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms were huge, full facilities with a bedroom, full closet, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The staff was very helpful booking us taxi's when necessary and we are a cooked breakfast every morning at the restaurant. As my first trip to Eastern Europe I wasn't sure how good the facilities of the hotels...
I stayed for 6 days at the Senator Victory Square. It was a fantastic experience.
The hotel staff is superb, always ready to help, and made thing very easy.
The restaurant is a hidden gem. Food was fantastic, service impeccable, and atmosphere terrific.
The Opera Hotel is on a quiet street where you can relax in luxurious comfort, without any pretension.
The beds, linens, and bathroom amenities are excellent and you feel pampered, but your privacy is respected as well.
