There are so many places of interest to see, public transportation is near by, endless amount of the great restaurants are located around. As a bonus area around is so picturesque and beautiful.

"This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice.
The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel because the reviews were so good and because of the location so close to the Maidan. Turns out the reviews were quite accurate. Everything was great. The room was clean and spacious. Everything in the bathroom was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful and very security conscious. Only a few steps from Maidan. Worth the money.
I had the pleasure to stay in many 5 stars hotels in Kiev, Fairmont is one of the top hotels when it comes to facilities, condition, room space and their staff.

I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.
The hotel, the staff, the atmosphere could not have been better. All of the front desk girls could not have been nicer, or more helpful for me. I do not speak the language but they were ready everyday to help with Taxi and directions. Upon my departure which was very, very early they even set up the taxi at 3:30am and had a box lunch for me. The front desk girl even made me a cup of coffee while I waited for my taxi.
Such a great business-stay hotel! Everything you need is 5 feet away! Staff is wonderful and very accommodating to all your needs. Will definitely stay here again while visiting Kiev next time!!

From the U.S. Staying in Kiev for business for 5 days. I was unsure about this hotel because of the mixed reviews but I can say this was easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms were huge, full facilities with a bedroom, full closet, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The staff was very helpful booking us taxi's when necessary and we are a cooked breakfast every morning at the restaurant. As my first trip to Eastern Europe I wasn't sure how good the facilities of the hotels...
Modern, very central, new building with very nice room. Excellent bed and pillows, Bathroom is small with walk in shower. The view on city from most rooms is nice.
