"This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice.
The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly.
We slept very well there and value is great.

The hotel, the staff, the atmosphere could not have been better. All of the front desk girls could not have been nicer, or more helpful for me. I do not speak the language but they were ready everyday to help with Taxi and directions. Upon my departure which was very, very early they even set up the taxi at 3:30am and had a box lunch for me. The front desk girl even made me a cup of coffee while I waited for my taxi.
I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.

Starting with the room - it was clean, spacious, with really good blackout curtains (for those 4am sunrises), remote-controlled a/c.Super quiet, first time in Europe I didn't need earplugs. I was soo pleased to stay in Sherborne Apt /Hotel. It is a such a beautiful, very clean and quiet place. Has a well equipped kitchen! This is really important to me when I travel so I can cook a little and eat healthier.
The Hotel is located in the most Historical area of the city, and about 5 minutes walking distance from the Subway. Several food shops and restaurants just around the corner.
