"설악산 여행을 계획하면서 선택한 숙소였는데 기대 이상으로 만족했습니다.
무엇보다 설악산 국립공원과 정말 가까워 아침 일찍 산책하고 케이블카를 이용하기에도 최적의 위치였습니다. 객실에서는 설악산 풍경이 한눈에 들어와 창밖만 바라보고 있어도 힐링되는 기분이었습니다.
호텔은 오래된 전통이 느껴지는 분위기지만 객실 관리가 깔끔하게 잘 되어 있었고, 침구도 편안해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 직원분들도 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 기분 좋 게 머물렀습니다.
조식도 종류가 다양하고 음식 하나하나 정성이 느껴졌으며, 특히 여행을 시작하기 전에 든든하게 식사할 수 있어 만족스러웠습니다.
다음에 설악산을 다시 방문하게 된다면 고민 없이 켄싱턴 호텔 설악을 선택할 것 같습니다. 가족여행이나 부모님 모시고 오는 여행에도 자신 있게 추천드립니다. 좋은 추억 만들어 주셔서 감사합니다."

Hotel is in a good location near plenty of food. It can get a bit rowdy at night.
Everything was clean and staff was fine.
The main issue I had with the room was that the AC did not work well. I set it to 18C and it was ineffective.
My wife and I were pleasantly surprise with the overall appearance of the hotel. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. While we only spent 7 hours in the hotel, we were impressed with what we experienced. The staff spoke very good English, and they were very helpful and friendly, We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the Busan-Gimhae Airport. The hotel doesn't offer shuttle service, and the drive to the airport is about 20-30 minutes. We definitely would recommend this hotel to...
