Pros: The breakfast was amazing! It had tons of variety of Western & Korean food for my son that is a picky eater. There was machine to refresh hang & steam our clothes in the room. There was also lots of space to hang our clothes. Shopping is very close in walking distance.
All the staff spoke English well & they always helped me call a taxi. Cons: I wish they put my name on my luggage when I left it behind their desk after I checked out & went shopping.
Wonderful artwork and efficient layout in the rooms. So much thought put in including charging cables at each head of bed for electronic devices. The staff were so friendly and suggested many dining and activity things based on our interests and even pinned the locations on our map for us. My family would definitely stay at this place again.
Large bed and massage chair in tje family room were amazing. Jacuzzi in the bathroom was large and made it easy to give our 2 year old a bath. Hotel is kept clean and is in a industrial park that is nice and quiet at night. Has a really nice Korean traditional style cafe across the street. There are a few restuarants on the same block as the hotel. The Japanese restuarant was great. Hotel is about 3km drive from a apartment tower and small downtown area with plenty of food options. Booked it for an overnight transit. It had everything we needed for the night.
The surrounding area had lots of restaurants and the hotel was close to the subway station.
Breakfast was good too.
Clean/quiet rooms, a spacious bathroom, quick check in, and easy netflix access were the highlights for my family. A few other nice additions were complimentary water and basic toiletries. The hotel is in a really active neighborhood, within walking distance to many restaurants, karaoke rooms, bars, arcades, and more.
