Solid place. Great for the money, but downside was pool was advertised, but is closed for the entire season. They should take the pool off of the Expedia ad. It’s very misleading.
This hotel was overall a nice place. The restaurant downstairs was delicious, and included both local cuisine and American! The Spa that is attached is nice, and we were able to book massages in our hotel room for the evening. All of the staff were very helpful, and so nice. We are looking to stay here again, soon.
Great location, easy access to Ginowan and Naha. Having access to a car is important for this hotel. Family Mart right next door, which was very convenient.
The stay was exceptional and an absolute must If you are traveling to Okinawa. The staff was very kind and helpful, the view of the ocean was beautiful, the room was very clean and had everything we needed for our family.
Nice hotel, but looks little old, some part where in floor and are not fixed, the pool is nice too but because of corona it was open only evening, the transportation is not fluent around, you can use a Taxi to go American village. nice for children and family.
The staff was very helpful and super kind. The property view was amazing as well as all the extracurricular activities available to you. Conveniently placed in American village made it easy to walk to different t breakfast,lunch and dinner places, as well as shop and explore the culture.

Our stay was very nice. The staff was helpful and the room was nice.. It was great having a pool. We enjoyed the breakfasts with a wide assortment of choices. The location was convenient .
Hotel is next to the beach located in the middle of American City. Yet you still get that Japanese feel. There are slippers and a area to leave your shoes by the door. The bathroom is complete with onsen to relax in after walking around American City all day. Plenty of shopping and places to eat within minutes. We chose this property as we wanted to be in the center of the action and it did not disappoint. A 3 minute walk around the corner and you enter Heiwadori, one of the many shopping streets off of the main Kokusaidori. Lots of shopping for Okinawan specific goods and foods. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a huge walk-in shower/tub combo. We would stay here again.
