The staff was great. The hotel is lovely. I really like the rooms. Very comfortable. Most of all, I love the gym and swimming pool. The pool is very large. The gym is equipped with more than everything I need for a good workout. This hotel will always be my first choice when I'm in Shenyang.

This is the best place to stay in Shenyang - whether you are a business traveler or with your family. My family stay here every summer when we come to Shenyang to visit my family. The hotel goes above and beyond to meet your needs. It’s in a beautiful setting, on the subway, has access to a mall where there are lots of places to eat, play or shop.

The location is great, near to subway station and staffs are very friendly. Chinese Restaurant is perfect, very traditional and delicious Chinese Northeast food. Will come back to stay here again!

Not only was this the cleanest hotel that I have ever been in, but it was the best. I was greeted everyday like I was an important person. I was asked if I needed anything every time that I met any of the staff. The facilities were great. The food was excellent. I had excellent meals. Prices were reasonable. It was a great feeling of being a VIP.

All staff very professional, apartment fully furnished with all amenities one would desire including all cooking utensils, in apartment laundry facilities, and all staff speaks very good English-German and very courteous and helpful. Shopping centers close by and fabulous International grocery store next door. A most pleasant stay. Would most highly recommend to anyone having an extended stay in Shenyang. Breakfast is very good and has much variety between Western food and Asian food.

Need to provide 110V electric outlet. If there is, it does not work for me. Most breakfast dishes are cold, compared to other hotels, the warmth of the supposed-to-be-warm dishes are well below the standard.

I stayed at Sunshine Apartment by HuaQiang Group and had a great experience. The building is only one year old, so everything feels brand new and very clean. The apartment itself is spacious and has its own washing machine, which was really important to me. Location is perfect - super central. Metro Line 2 is right there and takes you directly to everywhere you need to go. The building manager is very responsive and helpful, and I felt safe and comfortable the whole time.
