De har blåst oss med taxin som hämtade oss från flygplatsen, han krävde även extra pengar för parkeringsavgifter. Taxichaufförer står utanför hotellet och trakasserier alla som bor på hotellet med av personalen. great experience, clean and calm. Friendly and helpful staff. AC was not working properly but they immediately tried to fix and when they could not, they moved me to a better upgraded room.

This hotel is conveniently located near a shopping area, just across ABC Mall, 3-4 minutes walk to Goodies Supermarket, and 10 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel itself has a shopping mall and food shops in its ground floor and basement, and it has an elevator and escalator thus making access to these facilities easy. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The reception staff were very nice and made sure I had all what I needed.
Lost was anything but Lost. The service from the front desk, porter, restaurant was fantastic! Beautifully designed rooms! A perfect spot for wandering the cafes and shops of Gemmayzeh. Loved it. Would definitely return.
The property is very clean' the underground parking (free) is very convenient so as not to rely on street parking; the rooms are quite spacious and the junior suites were very reasonably priced; the welcome fruit plate was a nice touch
I love this hotel! We booked this for our wedding night and a couple of days after. I had told them before hand that it was for newly weds and we were surprised of how nice the decoration was with a very nice note saying congrats and two slices of cake! The view is amazing as well! Next time I am in Beirut, I am definitely staying there again and would recommend this place to anyone. Great customer service and a great place to stay in.
