"Easily the worst "hotel" during our 1-month stay in Myanmar and Thailand. DIRT, everything so used, toilet just disgusting. Nice staff, but completely lost, no english speaking. We all (2+2) woke in the middle of the night needing to leave the place immediately. It was also one of the most expensive places. My advice: better to avoid this place! Ordering a meal here was also a terrible mistake. Only laundry was OK."

The staff is friendly, welcoming, attentive, I had a positive experience at the hotel. Two slight downsides - the internet in the room is not very strong/irregular. However, if you take a call in the dining room or the lobby, it is strong/consistent. Also, I was there during rainy season, so the carpeting in the hotel room gives off a stale smell. Besides those two things, its okay. The breakfast is very good, the gym is very very nice.

Location is excellent compare to other hotels in Yangon. The distance from airport is not far. It's good to have an early morning walk on lake bank across the road, but be careful of the cars when crossing the road in Yangon. The breakfast is excellent, much better than Mandalay Sedona. Also the surrounding area is much better than other big hotels in Yangon. The only one draw back is, I booked lake view for two rooms and paid extra from Expedia, but when I checked in, the hotel didn't...

I loved staying at this hotel, and came back when I was leaving the country. The room is huge and very light, with windows you can open. The bed is also very large and you have a lot of desk space which is important to me as a solo traveller - and good wifi. Best of all is the breakfast - some of the best food I had in this country which has amazing food. And to eat in the rooftop bar with the air full of birds as the sun rises is a wonderful experience.
