This hotel has been one of the best experiences, the staff was super helpful and very friendly. We needed the room a bit earlier and since there was free rooms we got to check in a few hours before schedule, which we are very grateful. The rooms are fresh, big, quite even though it faced the traffic side, great isolation! There was a mini fridge in the room, coffee/tea included. Amazing hotel! Design is splendid, food is great (takes some time to prepare though). The staff were really helpful and attentive all the time. I'll definitely recommend to everyone I know. The rooms were very clean, gym is totally new.

The hotel is situated in the old town and convenient to all parts of Riga. Te rooms are very clean and well-appointed. Everything works well. There was an issue with our room when we arrived, but the front desk personnel, including the manager on site at the time, worked to switch our room and we were extremely satisfied.

This hotel is in an 18th century building on one of the main squares of the old town. The hotel and its surroundings are very picturesque. Our suite had a panoramic view of the old town (although most rooms are arranged around an interior atrium). The staff were consistently helpful in arranging airport transfers and restaurant reservations, all of which went perfectly. The food in the breakfast room was of very high quality (it is not possible to get a better omelet).

Surprisingly good. Everything was classy and of good quality. Even location was good and price reasonable. Recommended.

Very comfortable room and large, clean shared space with laundry and kitchen. Very easy check in process and had no problem walking to all of the old town sites. It’s a 2 minute walk to the KGB house, most underrated part of my trip!
