"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. AC worked great and they were able to keep our bags for us ahead of check in.
The location is right in the center of everything you need right off of Quinta Avenida. Not too noisy but remember you are downtown close to the nightlife. We took a white noise machine and slept fine."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and the ‘partial’ ocean view was lovely. The staff was organized and courteous. The attached beach cabanas and restaurant was exemplary along with their staff and food. Granted, this is a Mexican hotel so be prepared for construction ‘oddities’ and smaller bathroom dimensions. Nothing unsafe just quirky. A lovely lovely place in the heart of the action of Playa del Carmen "
