If traveling with a baby you need your own crib sheets- something that was not advertised and caused trouble as we arrived after stores were closed. They secured our luggage until checking in at 4:30 ( there was a delay in having our room ready at check in time ). Can be confusing coming into a new city and figuring out logistics. Communicating with the Le Lofts staff was very helpful and they were very patient. Clean, comfortable room. Stairways are very narrow and steep so caution if you are older and possibly have larger suitcases with you. Try for lower level apartments if available. Nice view of the port from the 401 loft. Would be nice if there were a small set of drawers. AC and air circulation system is a bit confusing and instructions...
