"It is a convenient hotel very close to the airport, it is in an alley so it is not noisy. Staff is friendly and helpful as they quickly got us a cab to go to the airport. Our only problem was getting the shower to warm up, apparently there is a trick but we never got it."

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It’s a renovated hospice and every detail has been attended to. The showers were large and wonderful! The staff is courteous and friendly. Everything is very up to date and the entire property is very clean. The morning buffet is 5 star and so is the adjoining restaurant. Be sure to check out the beautiful chapel in the hotel! Also the hotel is right next door to a National Park with live animals. Definitely would stay again!
Great quiet clean rooms nice place the only bad side was the restaurants only have sandwich's for dinner, we arrived at 10:30pm after a long day traveling without food (plane) we wanted a room service but wasn't available at that time we arrived hopefully they can rearrange kitchen hours thanks
This place is a hidden gem! An oasis of calm in the middle of a bustling, dirty city. It feels like home. The employees extended such hospitality that we felt like we were staying at a friends house. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience staying here. The staff was responsive, the coordination of transportation was great and the breakfast was amazing. I would stay here again the next time I’m in Guayaquil.
They were very kind, patient, and hospitable. Facility was super clean. They are following the CDC’s guidelines for COVID. The community Areas were not crowded. There is outside sitting to eat. The room service also brings up food to your room and all the food is appropriately covered and silverwear is brought in a sealed bag. Food was always delicious and at the appropriate temperature. They also provide a free shuttle to the Airport (which is very close to hotel). Felt super safe to stay here...
This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I got no complaints, and I would definitely come back on my future visit to Ecuador.

Staff was attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable and breakfast in the morning was delicious and attractively served. The grounds are beautiful - a place of retreat. It is placed high on the hill above the noise of the city and is quiet and restful. I have stayed here twice and both times were a welcome interlude in my travels. I would recommend it to anyone needing a place of rest before going on their way.
We were on a dream vacation using Guayaquil as a stop over point before heading to the Orient on a tour. My partner mistakenly left his credit cards in a bedside table drawer here. The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. The wifi worked well and the bedrooms had smart tvs so i was able to watch Netflix. Well stocked kitchen, warm shower and lots of security cameras. Heavy locked gates for added security. Beautiful terrace to look at the city. A couple things you should be aware of, 3rd floor no elevator but easy stairs and the shower floor is extremely slippery. This hotel has convenient, free, parking. It is clean and modern. The staff are all professional, friendly, and speak excellent english. The walls are a little thin but guests are pretty quiet. The pool on the 16th floor is open to the outside and wonderfully warm. The restaurant served an excellent buffet breakfast but dinner was so-so and pricey. I recommend finding dinner elsewhere. i wished i could have enjoyed the garden..it was so beautiful...the lobby is charming...only stayed overnite..wish it was longer..breakfast fit for a queen... down fall my room faced front..could hear traffic and dog barking...was alone felt safe,,,,so close to airport...
