Great hotel right by the train station. Staff were great and it was lovely to have a quiet relaxing drink in the bar. Restaurant buffet was really good. One suggestion would be have a way to order drinks by the pool/have someone come and ask, this was the one thing that would have improved my stay.

We were in Pune for a wedding. Stayed 5 nights. Service was excellent at reception, restaurant, and bar. A nice large room, comfortable bed, with all amenities. Hotel in good location for old city

Amazing staff and amenities. Staff went over and beyond everytime. Don't recall the name of the young lady who checked me in. She was very warm and friendly:)) Morning buffet was wholesome, great healthy options for food. Hotel does an incredible job employing challenged people, truly commendable work for humanity. Will recommend and stay again!

8/10 Very good

Stayed for a week at this property. The staff was really helpful with the late check-in considering my flight got delayed for more than 3hrs towards the start of my journey. Room was decently clean, however the turnover service could do better with changing the sheets rather than just re-arrange them. Good quality toiletries and hygienic condition. in-room dining options were aplenty, food was great. Basic gym equipment and pool services.

Room conditions was ok.... But the food and doning needs to improve in hygiene and taste

8/10 Very good

Promptness at work and also handling of each and very individual enquiry with utmost care requirements were missing and reminders were required to be placed to get anything done. Overall a great experience but this could be improved. Luxury hotel stays aren’t the same as they were back in the nineties or early 2000. Maybe it’s just me but this is what I felt.

4/10 Fair

I had moved from the Sheraton which is a few miles away. This hotel was not as good as Sheraton but yet more expensive. Really disappointing
Verified review

4/10 Fair

Unfortunately, my stay was not great because the air conditioning was not working properly. When I entered the room, it was extremely hot and the AC was not cooling at all. I complained to the staff, and a technician did come and said everything should be fine, but the issue was never resolved. Since it was already around 2 AM, I didn’t have much choice but to stop pursuing it and try to sleep, which was quite uncomfortable. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.
