Probably my favourite hotel we staying in during our 3 weeks in Latin America. The hotel has real charm and character and decorated in traditional way. Stayed in a family room which was large and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing too! Highly recommmed a stay here, wish we stayed longer.

The place was a little hard to find, but our taxi driver helped us. Location is great as it is within walking distance to many places in the Historic Center and close to restaurants. The hotel is quaint and has an historic charm. The staff is helpful, welcoming and pleasant . There is a very nice breakfast in a nice space on the roof top. The hotel is on a busy square, so at least from our room it was a bit noisy. Then again part of the charm, here, is the old town location.

This is an absolutely beautiful property, meticulously maintained, with loads of charm. Our room was huge and the view was wonderful. Breakfast was tasty, and you are within an easy walk of the historic plaza. What to know before you go... this is on a busy street, and we heard traffic all night long. Also, because the building is old, we could hear every footstep of the guests above us. Bring earplugs and everything else will be wonderful.

Great little hotel in the historic area of Quito. Very walkable and also close to a subway entrance (San Francisco) to get to other parts of the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The arranged for an airport pick-up for us and also an early morning ride to the airport when we were leaving. At entering another woman entered too and as my son heard a zipper being opened turned to the bags and noticed the woman leaving. He then noticed one of our backpack tops open. When we addressed it the young man he remarked that we should have been paying attention… we then asked to see the video in which the woman was around our bags blocking the view with an envelope. The young man claimed he saw nothing. If anything he should have been kinder as we were in his hotel when this happened. The rest of the staff was lovely!
