Cozy and secluded, room with new furniture, very clean and good air con. Very friendly staff. Ideal if you want to be away from everything, it’s at the end of a fjord-like bay in a small village. There’s only the restaurant on the water and not much else around. You need the car or Uber to get to Dubrovnik, about 15km away.

Located in a Beautiful and very peaceful area just outside the city with direct bus access to old town (15-30 mins dependent on cruise ship passengers from the harbor). Eating options are limited in the area to only the hotel option. Grocery store just behind the corner. Complimentary parking and breakfast and there is a nice terrace area where you can enjoy the weather while watching over the ”creek”. Room included a fridge and a/c which was exactly what we had hoped for. Good choice for a couple of days!

This was a great place to stay a 1st night in Croatia after a long couple day of travel from the US. Vimbula is situated right on a river which makes for a lovely spot to have your breakfast. There are a couple good restaurants and convenience stores nearby you can walk to. It is also a good location if you come with a car.
