It's a small hotel which was fairly priced for a 4th of July weekend. I stayed there because I spent most of the time at a close by condominium where my friends own units. Not on the bayside or ocean-so if you are looking for sunset/water views or swimming in the water- this is not for you! Clean and good AC Nice diner -Mangrove Mikes next door for breakfast/lunch!
