Ok hotel in a pretty dead and quiet village.

A basic but comfortable hotel in a small and very quiet town. There are very few affordable restaurants, so one of the two nights, we couldn't get any dinner, as the hotel restaurant was closed, and the other one was fully booked, even though we came 2 minutes after they opened. So, we had to drive to a neighbouring town to have anything to eat. But otherwise it was very relaxing, and the hotel was quiet and calm.

Not the hotel shown in the pictures that was next door however, the hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Well recommended for a stop over or a short break. We will be back as the area was beautiful.

TOX

Our room and bathroom were not clean. Even worse than that the bathroom had a terrible smell and its ceiling is covered with mold. I had a stuffy nose, sore throat and headache throughout the night, as common symptoms of very toxic mold. This hotel needs to have toxic mold remediation. On a side note the pics on hotel.com are not true to the reality.

On a super bien dormi : literie au top et calme. Le petit ventilo a bien fait son travail pour nous rafraîchir et il n’est pas bruyant. Super pratique la fontaine à eau pour les gourdes dans la salle de petit dej ! Chambre spacieuse à déco originale. Salle de bain un peu petite par contre. L’idée de mettre à dispo des frigo et congel commun à dispo, c est pratique.

Chambre propre, personnel agréable et souriant, le café au petit-déjeuner n’était pas très bon.. aucune clim mais ventilateur vieux et très bruyant, lits avec des sur-matelas très très durs, ce fut impossible de dormir les 2 nuits que nous avons passés… Village magnifique avec des paysages à couper le souffle !

Hôtel très bon rapport qualité/prix, propre, bonne literie, pas de Clim mais des ventilateurs sont disponibles dans les chambres, personnel très sympas, petit dej avec du choix… et ce qui génial c’est qu’ils mettent à disposition une salle où tu peux prendre tes propres repas, avec réfrigérateurs (pour mettre au frais votre nourriture, pain de glaces…) tables, chaises… bref très bonne adresse au cœur du village avec parking gratuit À côté.

Arrivés ici par hasard pour faire escale au milieu de notre de trajet des vacances, nous n'avons qu'une envie : revenir pour explorer les environs ! Malène est un charmant petit village niché au pied des gorges du Tarn. L'hôtel est très agréable, les chambres spacieuses, le petit déjeuné qu'on a pu prendre sur la terrasse de notre chambre était parfait et le personnel extrêmement sympathique. Nous reviendrons pour y passer plusieurs jours, c'est certains !

J'ai réservé une chambre pour les enfants et moi. Nous arrivons à 22h30. J'ai tenté de joindre l'hôtel par téléphone : j'obtiens un message indiquant les horaires d'ouverture du service. Le numéro est inutile après 19h. J'ai pris soin d'envoyer un message à 21h30 pour informer et m'excuser du retard. Nous arrivons à 22h30 : la porte est fermée ; pas de personnel de nuit pour ouvrir. Nous avons dû dormir dans la voiture. Aucune qualité de service. Je conseille de refuser systématiquement ce type de service minimal qui sert des investisseurs et non pas le client.
