Ok hotel in a pretty dead and quiet village.

A basic but comfortable hotel in a small and very quiet town. There are very few affordable restaurants, so one of the two nights, we couldn't get any dinner, as the hotel restaurant was closed, and the other one was fully booked, even though we came 2 minutes after they opened. So, we had to drive to a neighbouring town to have anything to eat. But otherwise it was very relaxing, and the hotel was quiet and calm.

TOX

Our room and bathroom were not clean. Even worse than that the bathroom had a terrible smell and its ceiling is covered with mold. I had a stuffy nose, sore throat and headache throughout the night, as common symptoms of very toxic mold. This hotel needs to have toxic mold remediation. On a side note the pics on hotel.com are not true to the reality.

La réservation peut s'avérer être compliquée par Internet. Un seul personnel multitache pour tout l'hôtel. Une fois sur place, j'ai sollicité une chambre lit double côté rivière. Réponse floue durant 24h, au final ce type de chambre n'existerait pas m'a répondu au bout d'un long moment le réceptionniste débordé qui semblait ne pas connaître le plan de l'hôtel. En fin de saison...? cela ma questionné. Sinon presta conforme au tarif.

L'hôtel des Bateliers fait partie du groupe Azureva. Il est idéalement placé au bord du Tarn. Le village de la Malene est magnifique avec un peu moins de touristes que sur St Enimie et nous préférons.. L'hôtel accueille volontiers les motards avec un garage sécurisé.. A l'arrière de l'hôtel il y a une grande terrasse, ainsi qu'une grande pièce avec frigos individuels ou l'on peut laisser ses vivres.. L'hôtel ne propose que le petit déjeuner et pas les autres repas mais permet de consommer son propre repas sur la terrasse intérieure.. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Super accueil, très disponible et très agréable! Bons plans partagés immédiatement. Chambre moyennement propre en revanche et manquait vraiment la Clim en cette nuit de fortes chaleur. Les deux ventilos brassaient juste de l’air chaud… Avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte. Par contre hôtel idéalement situé au coeur du petit village avec l’embarquement des barques et canoë juste en face à 2 pas.

Nous avions réservé dans cet hôtel 7 mois avant notre venue (non remboursable). Après avoir payé, je me suis rendue compte que je m'étais trompée de jour et ai demandé à l'hôtel dès le lendemain de bien vouloir accepter de changer le jour (remplacer le samedi 8 août par le dimanche 9 août). Cela m'a été refusé sous peine d'avoir à payer 45 euros supplémentaires. Nous y sommes donc allés le samedi 8 comme initialement réservé en faisant 200 km supplémentaires. Arrivés sur place, on nous a donné une chambre au 3ème étage (sans ascenseur). Nous sommes âgés et nous étions chargés de bagages. Nous avons demandé s'il était possible d'avoir une chambre en rdc ou au premier étage. En insistant, nous en avons finalement eu une au second. Nous avons laissé les valises dans la voiture. Nous ne garderons pas un très bon souvenir de l'accueil reçu dans cet hôtel. La chambre était heureusement propre et confortable, la nuit a été calme. L'hôtel est très bien situé.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, tout ce que nous avions prévu sur La Malène (restaurants et loueurs de canoë) a pu être fait à pied. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable. L'hôtel est propre, la décoration est jolie. Le petit-déjeuner était assez varié. Seul bémol pour la chambre : troisième étage sans climatisation, nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et il y a eu du bruit dans la rue à plusieurs reprises (jeunes en soirée) tout au long de la nuit... et l'eau du robinet de la chambre était trop chaude pour être consommée... nous avons dû redescendre aux wc du rez de chaussée pour trouver de l'eau fraîche. Et sans parler du voisin de palier où d'étage qui ronflait très fort..
