Unique, clean, and quiet. Large living space with a full kitchen. Within walking distance of cool, bohemian restaurants and shops. It’s an older Florida property - well maintained, but real deal old Miami, (blocks away from an ancient Tequesta burial mound), so like a little rust here and there but nothing dirty or sticky. Nothing like a high end hotel, but I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay! Room was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with utensils and cookware you need, and the area is safe. I really loved my stay there. Communication was great! Great instructions on exactly how to get to property and what to expect. Property is gated in too which is great! Parking available.

Really nice to have a studio apartment while traveling for weeks. Cute, fun funky throwback. Excellent communication and cold a/c. Street is noisy in day, fine at night. Owner put in double pane too.
