This is a lovely hotel which is run by a very welcoming and friendly couple, and within close walking distance of the harbour and limited free parking is available too. Nice breakfast too, with plenty of choices available. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be returning again in the future.

Ganesh and his family were so friendly and helpful. They were always available and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and amenities were good (other than no non-dairy milk!). The bar closes at 9pm but I just went to the co-op down the road and bought my own!! They offer breakfast for £10 which was no good for me (as a vegan) but which sounded good for meat eaters. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff ..ist class..location excellent..as the hotel is on a slight hill.just take your time walking from the harbour side..if u are struggling to walk asked the owner if u can have a lower floor.nothing is to much for him..very helpful..I would stay again.Note the 22 bus from Paignton stops right outside the hotel..

Absolutely no good if have any mobile issues, lots of stairs to entrance and then depends which room you are in then more stairs. Lovely family running this and very close to marina and pubs, cares etc. Excellent bus service. Parking is not on site.

The hotel is in a good location, an easy 5 minute walk to the harbour and bars and restaurants. The room was clean and well presented but a towel rail for hanging your damp towels on would have been useful. Parking around the back of the hotel is limited and quite awkward to get in and out of, when we arrived it was full but we were given a permit to use the car park behind the Premier Inn for free. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not have it. Overall a nice place to use as a base for a few days in and around Torquay

The place was spotless. It was about an 8 minute walk downhill to the harbour area. The breakfast was ordered the day beforehand and freshly cooked. The Owner/Manager was very friendly and helpful. I was on the top floor and had some traffic noise when the windows were open and I accept that it was out of the control of the hotel. There are over 39 Steps from the outside pavement.
