I had a great stay at this hotel. I arrived quite late, but the staff kindly sent me a message in advance with clear instructions on how to access the hotel, which made my late arrival very easy and stress-free. The room was really clean and comfortable, and the location was great. I especially enjoyed having a bakery nearby, as well as some nice concept stores where I could browse and explore the local area. One small suggestion would be to provide two bottles of complimentary water in the room. Other than that, everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Perfect accomodation!!

It was really amazing experience to stay in this studio!! First of all, the location is perfect for tour. Almost all of famous places are in walking distance and there are lots of markets, cafes, restaurants near the hotel. Also, the hotel welcome us very kindly. I booked this hotel on the day when we arrived in Zagreb, but they respond very quickly and kindly. The hotel was really clean and comfy! We all loved the hotel and their kindness as well.

I was greeted with a friendly welcome and ivana shared information on the city and my apartment. The studio is well equipped for cooking and very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is pleasant with open green spaces/parks right outside the hotel, lots of dining and shops nearby but quiet and calm. I would love to stay longer and will come back if possible.

We are a family of four (two parents and two boys ages 15 and 13). We stayed just one night at Design Studios SVI-MI in a Superior Studio room in late June 2026. We loved our room and our experience at Design Studios! Our only regret was that we didn't have time to stay longer to enjoy the room and the wonderful town of Zagreb. It was easy to find and access the unit - Ivanna from the hotel met us at check-in and showed us to our room. We arrived during an extreme heat wave and were very tired and overheated when we got there and were delighted to be shown to such a cool and comfortable space. Our room was spacious, beautifully and uniquely decorated and laid out. The real treat was that the room was pre-cooled, so we got to walk into a cool room upon arrival. This is the only room out of five places we have stayed at during our European trip so far where the room was pleasantly pre-cooled. We parked on the street, which was not too hard to figure out the payment for. We ended up having a great night out on the town after resting in the room a bit. We headed out to explore the Old Town area, which were buzzing with excitement before a World Cup match. So fun!

So glad we found this hidden gem. Very reasonable, clean, and walking distance to all the main attractions (Advent Market for me). No lift but the wonderful Ivana took care of this for me. She was so helpful (texts before check-in), giving local guidance. Their 5 stars is very well deserved. Parking garage is about a brisk 5-min walk but very reasonable daily rates. Will I stay there again? Most definitely.

We had a great stay here. Ivana was very thoughtful when we checked in - she had the ac on already and encouraged me to go into the apartment with our baby while my husband completed the check in process. The apartment we stayed at is on the main level. It was very comfortable and cute with the yellow accents. It was very clean with lots of storage space. We only stayed for two nights but it had a well equipped kitchen if someone wanted to cook. There is paid street parking reasonably priced on a side street which is busy but we always found a spot and it was affordable for Zagreb’s standards. We would stay here again in the future!
