I read many reviews before I booked at this wonderful hotel. Everyone kept saying how nice the staff was so much that it was hard to believe until I got there. These people spend as much time with you as you need. They are at the front desk 24 hours a day, are extremely friendly and helpful in one of the cleanest, most convenient, comfortable, although yes the rooms are small, hotels I've ever stayed in. I was there for 9 days and highly recommend it to young and old and will absolutely stay there again. Thank you Wake Up Copenhagen!

The only available mug was dirty, so had nothing to drink even a little tap water in. Had to cup my hand for that. The hotel offers only the bare minimum otherwise… a TV, a bed and a bath… they even charge for storing the bags for a little while after check out, which I find very cheap. The receptoon area was great and the location too (5 min walk from the central station)
