The hotel and swimming pools are really good, the bed is comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast is good. But once an hour someone tries to forcefully sell you some shares in a flat... Really annoying. You have to have good nerves to be able to handle that forced sale. When you come back from breakfast, they are waiting at the door and trying to sell you shares. There should be more respect and let the customers enjoy their holiday

O lugar é lindo, familiar, as piscinas são boas , mas a maioria são frias, nunca consegui usar as banheiras de hidromassagem , pois sempre tem gente que marca o lugar bem cedinho, as 3 são bem quentes, mas nunca consegui usar, por pura falta de educação de outras pessoas. Tem sauna e academia. Café da manhã Excelente. É um pouco barulhento por causa das atrações.

Tive uma experiência excelente no Hotel Ilhas do Lago! Desde a chegada, fui muito bem recebido por uma equipe atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar. Os quartos são confortáveis, bem organizados e muito limpos. Um dos pontos altos da viagem foram as amizades que fiz durante a estadia. O ambiente é muito agradável e favorece conhecer pessoas incríveis, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial. As quadras de vôlei são excelentes, muito bem cuidadas e perfeitas para quem gosta de praticar esportes. Passei ótimos momentos jogando e me divertindo. O café da manhã também merece destaque: é muito completo, com grande variedade de opções, tudo fresco e muito saboroso. Sem dúvida, foi um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já aproveitei em um hotel. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo o Hotel Ilhas do Lago para quem procura lazer, conforto e momentos inesquecíveis! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A primeira vez que fui foi excelente (Alta temporada) mas esse ano deixou um pouco a desejar. (Baixa temporada a), jantar sem variedades de sobremesas, esqueceram de deixar roupas de cama e toalhas, precisava pedir na recepção, até mandavam rápido, mas vc ter que ficar lembrando uma coisa que vc já deixou acertado, vc tá de férias pra ficar de boa da suas obrigações do dia a dia. No mais foi bom, piscinas, recreação, café da manhã.
