The unit was clean and spacious. The kitchen area was a plus. The view was great. The building was in a convenient location, close to the train station and Target. It was very safe with security at the entrance. Check in and check out was pretty seamless. Although only by text, response to communication was timely. The only issue we had was with the delivery of extra towels. We did not receive follow up communication from the team and were not able to receive delivery of towels until the following day. We also had one squeaky bed which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall it was a very nice, clean, safe place and would stay there again.

Great option for when we needed a room with separate sleeping options. The only issue was the price, but it seemed to be a booked up weekend in Chicago with graduations, festivals etc. Great location, nice view, easy to get to downtown/river area, and only about 15-20 minutes to Hyde Park/UChicago. Located in a residential building and not all the property’s amenities were available to Kasa guests, but overall a great - but pricey - stay.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The entire property is clean and carefully maintained with many onsite amenities. The location is easy to access and very walkable as well as being close to public transportation and popular attractions. The best part of our stay was the amazing view of the city all the way out to Lake Michigan!
