Em relação ao serviço de quarto, solicitei um pedido de lanche no quarto no domingo, fiquei aguardando 1h, fui na recepção falar sobre o atraso, me informaram que no domingo o serviço não está disponível, porém não há comunicado nem uma informação no quarto a respeito deste serviço e ainda no check-out queriam cobrar o serviço não prestado, mas avisei o ocorrido é cancelaram a cobrança. Espero que seja melhorado a comunicação.

Quarto com cheiro de xixi de cachorro. Péssimo atendimento. Fui comprado duas vezes, mostrei para o recepcionista que já tinha sido pago mais o mesmo não aceitou e me cobrou de novo. Agindo de má fé falando que estava me cobrando o extra e quando fui ver me cobrou as diárias novamente a legando que não tinha pago mesmo mostrando. Não recomendo.
