The service and staff were awesome. The only complaints I have is the start of mold in the shower corners and the warmth of the common areas. The food was ok nothing to write home about. I would stay again.

Large rooms. Great breakfast. Pool was adequate. Covered so nice and cooling but always quite busy. Rooftop bar had great views but as in any flash hotel was expensive evenduringhappy hour. Gives 3 keycards. One for each of us and one to keep the AC on while we were out. Fantastic

The staff were professional and their customer service were exceptional. The hotel is beside the mall making it convenient to pick up snacks. I chose this location as it was close to the Imperial Palace and there were many food options such as Bun Bo Hue. The room was clean and spacious there are no complaints.
