The pictures on the site are not what I experienced. The pool water was grey and super dirty couldn’t enjoy that. The room was clean but the outside trash cans were overflowing. If you stay in the Pigeon Forge area DONT stay here if you want to go swimming. If you just need a place to rest then sure stay here.

Room was clean, the grounds were fairly good, our toilet you had to hold the handle and hope it flushed, the light went out in the bathroom, and the last day went to use the microwave and it wasn’t working went to move the cord to see if it was plugged up and sparks flew…… besides this it was a all in all good stay our room had a jetted tub which was very nice. 4 out of 5 stars….. I tried to tell them about the microwave but no one was at front desk and I waited a while.

This is our 3rd or 4th time here .It was great as usual the pool is not heated but the sun made it feel great .The slides alone are worth the few extra dollars it cost. my kids and grandkids always want this hotel .the staff front desk young gentlemen was so nice and helpful.i would definitely recommend this hotel thank you for our great stay

The kids absolutely enjoyed both pools but I feel like they could be maintained much better. There was a broken step on the ladder that could've seriously injured someone. Just simply remove it to avoid injury. The rest of the property was just dated but pretty clean.
