I could tell it was an older hotel. Paint chipped in a couple spots. Elevator was a little slow. But the room was clean. Staff was friendly and my kids loved the water slide inside with the pool.

Great location. Walking distance of a lot of attractions. Pool is small and I didn't see a hot tub. Our room Bathroom needed updating. Otherwise service was very nice and room was comfortable for the price. I'd stay again next time I'm in the area.

Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps your honest experience while making it easier to read: 3.5/5 Stars Pros: The location is excellent, with ample parking and easy access to nearby attractions. One unexpected bonus was being able to watch the Dollywood fireworks from the property. It’s a great option for a quick getaway if you don’t need all the amenities and services of a full-service hotel. The outdoor slide was fun for the kids, and the overall aesthetic of the property has a lot of charm. Cons: Unfortunately, this property has a lot of untapped potential. The pillows were very flat, and the mattress was firmer than I prefer. While the room itself was clean, it was very basic and could benefit from additional storage space. The biggest disappointment was the pool area. It is in desperate need of updates and better maintenance. The outdoor pool water was murky for most of our stay and wasn’t properly serviced until our last day. There was also noticeable mildew on the stairs leading into the indoor pool, which gave the area an unclean appearance. The property’s exterior also needs attention, as it looks worn in several areas. They advertise free Wi-Fi, but it never worked during our stay, which forced to use a significant amount of mobile data and our hotspot so our children could use their devices. The clientele seemed a little sketchy at times, but to be fair, we never felt unsafe during our stay. this property is in a prime location and a hidden gem

4/10 Fair

Great location. The bed to me was amazing. The room was ok only because the bed was comfy. If they would just clean and update this place to be as appealing as it is on the outside it would be a must to come back again. Curtains dirty, bathroom so dirty, sink was so slow to drain, no housekeeping, no phone in room, the pool was the main reason I wanted to book and to say the photos online vs what the area actually was like is night and day. So much mold, things growing on the walls, water cloudy, rust stains and rotting wood. Just a very overall outdated hotel that needs so much maintenance it’s not even worth the cheap price. Just pay the extra couple dollars for a place that is much cleaner.

2/10 Poor

We stayed in room 201. The size was good for our family but the room was covered in roaches and the rocking chairs on the balcony were broke.
