Great location, helpful staff, and the breakfast spot was great! Only small “complaint” was the AC wasn’t very strong so it was pretty warm in the room for sleeping, but they did provide a fan in the room too so that helped! Was a great spot for our one night in Rome

We enjoyed our quick stay. The only weird thing we experienced is the address listed on Hotels.com is a free doors down from the actually B&B. The staff was amazing though and our room worked wonderfully for our family of 4. We loved the breakfast at the bar down the street. Great place in the heart of Monti. Would recommend.

The room was clean but very warm. Front desk said the owner doesn’t let them have the controller to the ac units in our rooms because she’s concerned it will take too long.
