The shower in our room was ridiculously small. I am only 5'7 and 178 and had a very hard time just getting in and out . I actually scraped my side getting in yesterday. The floor in the room was dirty and the breakfast was just ok. The breakyvire was spectacular however. there is no way they can advertise this as a 4 star hotel. The restaurant Bondi directly across the street is absolutely phenomenal .

Aircon worked just enough when on turbo mode. Location was superb. Cleaniness was ok. Somekind of ant infestasion was going on in our bathroom and somehow on the top floor where the breakfast is served. Views on the breakfast are super! You can see the duomo while waiting coffee from the machine!

The location was the biggest reason I chose this hotel; it's very close to the train station, making it convenient for a day trip to Siena and Pisa. We actually booked here last minute, I read some not so nice comments but the air conditioner Works fantastic you just have to set it we kept hours on 23 I believe and it was very cool we were there from May 1st to May 10th and it was very hot on some days and we were totally comfortable, the staff is extremely helpful, breakfast was great the regular eggs and they had bacon they had fruit coffee machine was great we got cappuccinos every morning they have rolls they had a toaster it was pretty good the place is what you make it and it's right near the train station to supermarkets, it was actually a great stay and we would stay there again.

Very good location 5 mins from train station and 15 minutes from the Duomo with lots of local restaurants. Room was cleaned every day and done well. Hotel room was very small with only just enough room to walk around the bed. Shower so small you could not bend over in it. Breakfast was very basic and did not vary at all in the days we were there. Had to pre book time slots for breakfast as the serving areas so small. No other amenities in the hotel.

Breakfast was ok but we found it difficult to get healthy food. There seemed to be a finite amount of fruit and yogurt (managed to get a yogurt one morning out of four). Room was clean and the ac worked well. Large opening window to the street was nice. Great location to the train station and main attractions. Breakfast was poor. Very few items. Poor quality items and kept running out. Beautiful breakfast area - could easily be the best part of stay with a little effort.
