We book 2 rooms connecting, still same as Marriott old hotel in Ayala, we are in level 3 no view😞 got smell from renovation. room is bigger compared to new hotel nearby, breakfast plenty of options but no gluten free bread, freshly squeezed orange and carrots ❤️ overall excellent service from all the staff 😍thank you

Very close to shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean but somewhat dated.

8/10 Very good

Situated just some few meters from Ayala mall it was a convenient choice for me. Staff were very friendly, room was big and clean so nothing to complain there. Breakfast is quite overpriced considering the selections and how overcrowded the restaurant was. I tried it both early and late. If there will be any more stays I will definitely skip the breakfast.

Very nice hotel, close to lots of restaurants and Ayala Shopping Mall. Very delicious breakfast buffet but it gets very crowded so go early. The hot water was not working very well during our stay, but other than that very much enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant smell as you enter the lobby and rooms are modern and clean. Breast buffet was to die for, made me gain 5 pounds, food was tasty and prepared with care. The gym with spa was just amazing. Love the cafe next to lobby - great for drinking coffee while waiting. Overall, the staff were professional and helpful.

Great location and very friendly staff. Rooms desperately needed modernisation and while breakfast choice was excellent, the areas was too small and we had to wait to get a free table everyday.

10/10 Exceptional

Great breakfast. There are two Seda Hotels in Cebu City . The one we stayed was in the former Marriott Hotel connected to Ayala Mall. Perfect location as you do not have to take a taxi to the mall. Staff were helpful in every way. Very good sized rooms . True to other reviews, carpet is dates but the bathroom size will make up for it. Room is fairly priced for the benefit that you get.

The staff were outstanding. They go out of their way to help. The rooms are decent size and clean. Shops are a stone throw away at Ayala mall. Breakfast was ok. I think other hotels in the area have better breakfast selections and better quality. I was disappointed that the pool was not available.
