We had a nice stay at 3110 ArtHotel. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fine, with yogurt, cereal, and deli meats. Andrea gave us plenty of great recommendations for the area. Our only issue was check in. We weren’t given any arrival instructions, and there’s no traditional front desk. The building call box wasn’t working for us, and finding the hotel lobby was a little confusing. Thankfully, someone let us into the building. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Clearer check in instructions would make the experience much easier.

Cute, artsy boutique hotel in a quiet part of town, close to groceries and a few great restaurants. The bus stop is pretty much right outside the door, and the tram to the center and airport also just a few blocks away. Our room was spacious and clean, the AC worked well. The king size bed and sofa/twin bed was perfect for a couple and 12-year-old. The bathroom and shower in particular are a bit small, but perfectly fine. Good water pressure, and my husband loved the bidet! We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast with indoor and outdoor patio seating. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the suite on the first floor. The staff was great but you can hear everything outside the room. Constantly sounded like the people above were tap dancing on our ceiling and you can hear the door opening and closing in the lobby. The bathroom has a terrible design you gotta squeeze between toilet and sink to get access to the shower. And the breakfast was very subpar. Not to mention they charge 3 euros for a baby size coke inside the mini fridge over double what our previous hotel in rome charged for double the size. Overall the room was clean and the size was great but thats about all.

Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and responded to any queries or requests efficiently. We arrived quite late but the hotel had sent extensive instructions on how best to travel from the train station to the hotel as well as how to access the room once we arrived. The breakfast was perfect - it had a range of cereals, pastries etc and a fantastic coffee. It is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Florence. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It's close to downtown and has a good breakfast (Italian standard and portions, not as diverse as American!). Big washroom and shower. The only issue was that our room was smelling cigarette and opening windows for 3 days didn't help.

The hotel seemed like it was apart of appartment blocks. There were some stairs (just to bear in mind for accessibility). It's cosy, cute and sufficed for a couple nights stay. The city centre is about a 20 min walk, with great bus links into the centre and also tram links near by for the airport. Staff were nice and helpful.

Andreas and the girls were very nice and helpful. The hotel is very charming, we had the room with the patio (the one with the guys on bikes shown in the pictures), super clean, breakfast was good. The hotel has a mixed vibe of the past and present which makes it cool! The elevator is one of those old ones that you close both doors, but it works! The location was ok, we had to walk a lot to find restaurants, it's not close to tourism attractions, it's near to the Campo de Marte train station, 10 minutes walking.
