This is buy far one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The 2 ladies that were working with us were kind, thoughtful and very attentive. We had arrived very late into Rome past there normal check in hours and they made sure we knew and had all the information needed. I felt very well taken care of there. I would recommend them to anyone traveling to Rome.

the location is perfect near fontana di trevi and spanish steps. the staff are supper nice and helpful. Nicole helped me carry my luggage up and down the stairs and also helped me weigh them before i leave and i really appreciate that. the room and the hallway were clean no complains. as a solo traveler the stay was good and i felt safe in the hotel and the area.

Amazing hotel! The staff is top notch!

This hotel was fantastic. It's located to a lot of restaurants and is in walking distance to the coliseum. The staff was great and any issue we had, which were few, were quickly addressed. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great time and even recommended a wonderful restaurant in Venice which we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again. These people truly care that you enjoy your time with them.

The shopping strip(high-end stores) is about 10min walking, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps are 5-8min away. The hotel is in a perfect area. I highly recommend staying here. Sweet staff at a nice, clean hotel

What a nice cozy hotel at a nice location. The snack/coffee bar had a nice selection of tea and coffee as complimentary. Most of all, staff at the reception were superb. They warmly welcomed me, helped me to book a taxi, and always had bright smiles. The only minus was Barnerini station(Metro) had staircase to the ground level, so it was not easy to move with my heavy luggage. But it was managable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing Location and Kindhearted Staff!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every single night of our stay! The room we had was the perfect size, not too large or too small. Tiled floor and glass shower doors made this accommodation feel modern but still immersing you in the heart of the city. We loved having a window that opened up to the main road to watch all that was happening as we were waking up every morning. The ladies at the front are very kind and always offered to give advice as where to eat, what places to go see off the beaten path, and eager to help with any questions we had! 10/10 Stay and we will be sure to be back when we visit Rome again!

Enjoyed our stay!

The staff here was amazing! They communicated with us via WhatsApp to alert us that our room was ready and to provide us with a lot of helpful information. As it turned out, we were unable to get a taxi to the train station after checking out. Two very nice men took our suitcases and led us to the train station on foot, all the way to our platform. They would not accept a tip. The coffee bar was a very nice amenity. Excellent location. I need to mention, however, that the bathroom - especially the shower - was pretty small. But that is the case in a lot of places in Italy. Enjoyed our stay.
