너무 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 발렛 해주시는 분부터 체크인/아웃 응대해주시는 분들까지 너무 친절한 서비스 경험이었고요. 작은 주방과 불, 전자레인지를 비롯해 주방 도구들이 구비되어 있어 간단한 식사를 만들어먹기에도 좋습니다. 와이키키까지 걸어서 5분정도 거리인데 와이키키에 비해 덜 붐비고 차분한 느낌입니다. 로비층에 있는 식당도 훌륭하고요. 그라운드에 저녁 늦게까지 하는 마트가 있어 편리합니다. 전반적으로 세련되고, 깨끗하고, 즐거운 곳이었어요. 다음에 하와이에 오게된다면 꼭 또 방문할 것 같아요! 근사한 서비스 감사합니다.:)

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There is also a small market right next to the hotel so it's easy to purchase a few items for use in the kitchen. The room was spacious and very clean. The view was wonderful overlooking some of the city and the ocean and the bed was so very comfortable. We loved lounging by the pool and the service poolside was amazing. The hotel is only about two blocks from the beach and is surrounded by places to shop and wonderful dining options. The staff helped us rent a wheelchair that was easy to maneuver around the property and also fit well in our room. Highly recommend staying here.

This was my second time visiting The Ritz there. Comparing it to the first time, this time I felt I’m not at the same location. It was in the beginning of September and it looked like people working there were still overwhelmed from the busy summer. Everyone was kinda cold and lost a personal touch. Maybe they were understaffed. Definitely not my problem!!! They also changed the signature RC toiletries. Towels looked worn out and felt rough and scratchy. 5 star hotel…. No way Jose!
