Dan and Debbie have made this an amazing place - not just OK, not good...amazing! It was very reasonably priced - the comfort and convenience of a B&B at a price very comparable to a chain hotel. The quiet and peacefulness was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

We attended an event at Harding University, which is about a 45 minute drive from Abbe House. However, it is a lovely place to stay. The staff was gracious and the food outstanding. Looking forward to staying there again!

I always stay here when I come to Heber Springs to visit my granddaughter. Dan and Debbie are the best, I would,t stay any where else. Debbie made biscuits and gravy especially for my granddaughter.

We were greeted and welcomed by the owner. Our room was ready and spacious. The facility is peaceful and quiet. Very easy to find and close to Heber Springs. Very accommodating hosts. Will definitely stay again on our next visit.

We loved this property and the service we received was excellent. The hostess/owner, Debbie, was incredibly kind and a wonderful cook. The price was extremely reasonable for all the amenities and breakfast. I will definitely be returning. Five stars isn’t enough.

The Abbe House in is definitely off the beaten path, but near everything one would want to see and do in Heber Springs. We were so pleased with our accommodations. The Inn is so quaint and comfortable. None of the noises you would get at a hotel. Our hosts were delightful. Debbie and Dan made us feel like family, and treated us like royalty. Homemade country breakfasts, 24 coffee and tea bar, and snacks galore! We will definitely be back for another visit!

Wonderful place to stay!!!!

Where to begin this place is amazing. Very beautiful and quiet. Everything very clean. Sit out under the huge back patio in whatever chair you desire. A lot of little perks you dont get everywhere. Foaming hand soap in your private bathroom. Soft huge fluffy towels. Snack stuff available any time. Also Popcorn and chocolate along with coffee, hot chocolate and ice water any time. Dan and Debbie are very friendly and you couldnt ask for a better hostess and host. Debbie is a wonderful cook. Breakfast which is made when you order it was amazing every morning and we were there for 7 mornings. We had sourdough bread toast, french toast, bacon, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, wonderful omelets, waffles with homemade blueberry syrup and strawberry syrup, breakfast casserole, sausage gravy and biscuits. We were there long enough we got to try it all. But every morning there was your choice of toast, with bacon and eggs any way you want them. Also different kinds of coffee cakes some mornings which were all very good. Along with bananas, bars, instant oatmeal. Wonderful, wonderful place to stay. My daughter and I have told everybody we have been around about this place. Will definately stay here again when we are back in the area. Very reasonably priced also.

Tranquility!

Absolutely love this B&B! A stunning, quiet location. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Our dog loved the wide open space to run her little heart out. Would definitely recommend this place for relaxing stay.
