Overall the hotel was cosy but the environment was a little bit tired! There were some minor issues with the sink but it could be fixed by the administration easily. Parking space was excellent! The breakfast was also great, lots of food and drinks with local tastes. Also its location is on the highway easy to reach!

Several issues. From the elevator not working and the lughts going out in it, to no staff in the restaurant, to a room that was 34° and the thermostat didn’t work, to a bedside light that couldn’t be turned off, to a sink that moved, to a breakfast staff member coughing a lot around the food.

Otele giriş yaptıktan sonra resepsiyonda sistemsel arıza olduğu söylendi ve odamızı personelin açacağını söylediler ve geçici olduğu aktardılar ama otelden çıkış yaparken anladıkki bizim oda arızalı sadece diğer yanımızdaki odalarda hiçbir sıkıntı yoktu ve bunu bilerek yaptılar çünkü samsunsporun çocuk takımı gelmişti ve sorunsuz odaları onlara vermek istemişler müşteri ayrımı yapılıyor otelin içerisinde kesinlikle ve biz sürekli odamızın kapısına geldiğimizde personel bekledik kapıda kapımızı açması için sonra sigara içilmeyen oda istedim ve oda kokusu sigara içilen ve havalandırılan bir ortam kokusuydu ve besbelliydi leş gibi koktu Sonra birşey daha aktarıyım başka bir müşterininde olayına şahit oldum spor takımı için özel kahvaltı masası kurmak istediler ve önceden başka bir müşterinin getirip masasına koyduğu tabağı senin burda işin yok hesabı kaldırıp götürdüler adamda neden yaptıklarını sordu ısrarla hiçbir cevap veremiyorlar mafem böyle birşey oluyor otele özel müşteri almayıp bundan sonra spor takımlarıyla çalışın olur mu ?

Merhabalar, Yaptığım rezarvasyonda spa,havuz.jakuzi gibi imkanların da fiyat içine dahil olduğunu belirtmişlerdi. Ancak otele gittiğimde hiçbirinden yararlanamayacağımı söyledir. Ama rezarvasyonda bunların dahil olduğunu iletmeme rağmen hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olunmadı. Ve fiyatta herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmadı. Bu otel ve Hotels.com için hiç iyi bir etki bırakmadı.
