Felt like a bait and switch. Showed the beautiful hotel and amazing rooms online. However, we were put in a little old motel building that was falling apart. No elevator,only stairs. Very noisy and dirty rundown room. Booked online.
Bathroom paint peeling and looks dity/moldy.
Tub was resurfaced long ago and is peeling.
Towel rack had fallen off, left hole and just put it back on below original place.
