Reservamos o hotel por um valor, na hora do check-in nos foi informado de que teríamos que pagar R$80 a mais. Chegamos no quarto, cheiro de coisa velha, vaso sanitário torto, pendendo para o lado esquerdo, cama barulhenta, suporte do banheiro para estender toalha quebrado, estava apenas encaixado, torneira pingando, ar-condicionado quebrado faltando parte frontal. Café da manhã horrível, café de péssima qualidade, presunto com gosto estranho (estragado), pães, pães de queijo e bolos duros e ressecados, mamão não estava maduro, melão descascado, mas cortado com a parte dura da casca. Com toda certeza, nenhum produto que tinha ali foi feito/preparado no dia. Saímos de casa para termos um final de semana gostoso e diferente, mas pagamos caro para ter uma experiência horrorosa. Este é pra não voltar NUNCA MAIS!

Quanto a estadia, segundo nossos funcionários foi tudo certinho! Porém quanto aos serviços é horrível. Estou tentando contado com o hotel já faz mais de duas semanas. Eles não respondem e-mail. Pedi correção de uma nota fiscal e devolução de valor pago a mais e até agora nada! O pós-venda também conta!
