Bad service and very rood reception taking advantage of my mistake and charging doubled instead of charging the difference, or good explanation. But it was very badly maintained, halls in the walls, broken furniture, bad smell in the bathroom and bad lokation. On the net it stands as 6 km from Diborg but it was 12 km in reality, they measured it maybe from the border not central

Vi skrev til hotellet på förhand fordi vi kunne ikke tjekke ind før kl 21 hvorefter receptionen skulle være lukket og fik en mail med instruktioner til hvordan vi skulle få nøglen via en nøglebox. Vi ankom kl 22 og fandt nøgleboxen. Vi fulgte instruktionerne, men boxen åbnede sig ikke. Jeg gik ind til receptionen men der var ingen. Vi prøvede igen - ingen nøgle. Så ringede jeg til telefonnumret på mailen. Der fik jeg at vide at receptionisten stadigvæk var der og nøglerne kan hentes ved receptionen. Det gjorde vi også. Ved indkørslen til hotellet stod der en åben skraldcontainer - direkte under hotelskiltet. Ikke særlig indbydende. Vi tjekkede ind og kom ind til et fint og rent værelse med fint og rent bad og gode senge . Vi fik en god nats søvn og var efter ordentlig morgenmad på hotellet på motorvejen igen. Alt i alt et lykkede ophold.

Hotelzimmer war sehr unsauber: Wände beschmiert, Badezimmertür mehrfach gerissen Auf dem Fernseher lies sich ARD gar nicht empfangen und ZDF nur in schlechter Auflösung bzw. Darstellungsqualität und Hörbarkeit. Das Frühstück war o.k. und das Bett auch.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist sauber, aber alles irgendwie alt und wenn renoviert, dann schlecht. Die Türrahmen wurden beim Streichen anscheinend nicht abgeklebt. Im Bad gibt es keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit, dafür aber einen Duschvorhang, jede Menge zugespachtelte Löcher und Schimmel an der Decke. Es gibt Seife und Duschgel, aber kein Schampoo. Im Fahrstuhl wurden die Knöpfe einfach mit billigen Dymolabeln übergeklebt. Nachts war es auch relativ laut im Hotel, man hörte die andere Gäste auf den Fluren.

Great value for money. Quiet, safe, super friendly, easy check in and bi-lingual service German/English. Free parking When we first arrived the outside of the building looked a little rough but once we went inside the hotel we were completely surprised. Huge room, newly renovated, modern, stylish and absolutely a great place! Don’t judge a book by its cover, I’m so glad we gave it a try and will absolutely be staying here again when in the area in future. Very pleased.

Das Hotel hat einen guten Eindruck gemacht, Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Einziges Manko, der Rauchmelder hat gefehlt und die Abdeckung der Deckenlampe. Und in der Dusche war an der Wand ein dreckiger Handabdruck.. ansonsten war alles sauber und Top.
