Ok first of all you never told me we have to be there before 10, u only said to call to check in, and i did bit unfortunately when i arrive nobody was there and i stayed in practically in the streets and they didn’t gave me a refund, so i expect u guys do something.

La habitación no estaba insonorizada como se indicaba lo cual por culpa de la habitación de al lado pasamos una noche donde solo se podia oir golpes, gemidos, toses y un poco de todo, por no mencionar el olor a tabaco y otras sustancias

Me dejaron tirado a las 22,15 h . …..pese a su política de cancelación a las 22 h. me parece querer cobrar sin dar el servicio. Pudieron llamar, tenían mi teléfono también. Nunca más.

Muy buena estancia, todo muy limpio y buen servicio. La habitación muy cómoda... Lo único malo es que se escucha prácticamente todo del resto de habitaciones entonces en algunas ocasiones te despiertas...

El mayor inconveniente que encontramos fue la promesa de una cocina completa y encontrarnos con un microondas. Asumo que fue por escoger la habitación más económica, pero considero que se tendría que avisar.
