An oasis of calm outside the bustle of Sorrento, with beautiful views from the balcony on a warm sunny night. A short walk takes you into the heart of the town, the train and bus station or ferry. If you choose to come by car parking is available on site for a fee and gives you the piece of mind your vehicle will be safe. Carmela was a warm and friendly host, and very responsive via WhatsApp if you need anything.

This is a lovely B&B with 3 rooms. My room was large and had a beautiful balcony overlooking lemon trees and an ocean view. There is an excellent restaurant only a block away. The only downside is that it is a good distance from Centro and is all uphill if you walk back from town. The owner was wonderful at arranging the car services I needed and at a much better price than taxis.

This is the #2 rated Bed and Breakfast in Sorrento and it should be #1. Carmela welcomes you into her quaint, super quiet , spotless bed and breakfast as if you were family. She arranges your check-in to be smooth and fit you traveling schedule. This place is super secure from the front locked gate to the locked door to the building to your locked room door. Breakfast is more than adequate for the 3 rooms she has, and Carmela makes sure you get to eat breakfast no matter what your schedule is for the day - just let her know ahead of time. And did I mention how beautiful it is! With a spectacular view and gorgeous decorations. It is a 10-15 minute walk downhill to the piazza, but we took a taxi on the way back since it is all uphill and we were tired which was 20 Euros but you can walk uphill if you are up to it.

We had such a wonderful stay at Lemon Factor in Sorrento! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely lovely. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and smelled so fresh and inviting. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do in Sorrento, which made getting around incredibly easy. But what truly made our stay special was Carmela. She was incredible! She was so warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and was always available to answer questions or help us with recommendations. Her hospitality genuinely made us feel taken care of. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily stay here again. If you’re visiting Sorrento and want somewhere clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and hosted by someone who truly cares about her guests, I highly recommend Lemon Factor. Thank you, Carmela, for making our time in Sorrento so memorable! ❤️🇮🇹

Get the room with the view, fabulous view, and a big terrace. Good breakfast room, and was an easy walk to downtown. I thought the walk back was going to be a little hard, but was easy. Very relaxing atmosphere, and nice and quiet at night. I would recommend as a place to stay. There was a parking lot within 25 metres.

Peaceful oasis not too far from center

First uphill hike from train station can be scary on busy narrow roads. Taxi with luggage might be easier, but pricey with no price controls in this area. After a couple nights, we were so glad we were at Lemon Factor instead of in a busier more central location. The kitchen and breakfast are nice, especially if you can meander over to it in slippers from your room. Freshly squeezed orange juice is a bonus.

Living among the Lemon Trees

We had an amazing stay. The Hotel is a 12-14 minute walk into town. It was over 90 every day but we managed to walk. Owner maintains the property and rooms. They are in excellent condition. Owner does not speak English but we communicated with IPhone translation App. Her daughter speaks English and is available by WhatsApp to answer questions. Owner recommenced a restaurant up the street. De Phillpa. A family owned and run restaurant . Food and service were great and they were willing to make my dishes salt free. There is a playground and an occasional dog or kittens wandering through the dinning area. Lots of locals eat here. Piano player every night.

First of all this was our last city in Italy for our vacation and it was beyond what i was expecting. I read thru all the reviews and still decided to go with the Lemon Factor. And boy, was i right to have picked this place. Our room was the one with a big balcony and the view was beautiful. Anna and Laura were very helpful and answered some of my questions. Also now this place is at least 20 mins from the train/bus station. Im saying 20 because the gps will say 11 mins but that hike up or down is going to make it a whole 20 mins lol! But once you get up there and you see the view its well worth it. Theres 2 grocery stores on your way up there. Stop grab some stuff if you need to. Theres a couple of restaurants around which we tried and was fabulous. Also the breakfast they serve is a continental breakfast and was yummy and filling. Them croissants were divine and i miss them 😩! Overall i will be back coz im already planning next years trip there.

Fra booking til afsluttet ophold hos Carmela, har alt været skønt. Carmela er utrolig sød og venlig, svarer hurtigt og er meget behjælpelig på alle måder. Der er rent og pænt. Vi havde et stort pænt værelse, pænt badeværelse og stor altan med havudsigt. Haven er fyldt med citron og appelsintræer og der er liggestole og borde. Vejen er trafikeret, så man skal lige vænne til det. Man skal gå 1-2 km op af bakke for at komme dertil. Carmela og hendes ven kom oh hentede os ved havnen, så vi ikke skulle slæbe vores kufferter. Morgenmaden, der stilles æg, yougurt pålæg, ost frugt og brød frem og der mulighed for selv at tilberedekam mad i ovn mm. Kan varmt anbefales at bo på Lemon Factory
