Calls seem more important than life Guests

The Receptionist took a call when he was already halfway into our check-inn process... This call took 10min. before proceding the check inn. Side info. It was already late (After 22H00 ) and there where no other guests Queueing behind us. he could have returned the call after finishing our check-inn I find this a very disturbing behaviour

Friendly staff..

If you want to sleep at night, you have to be sure that your room is far from the roof bar. Otherwise impossible to sleep before 2 a.m. because of the music.

Good hotel, but nothing outstanding

Business trip. Put me in the incorrect room to begin with. Had to go back to reception to ask for the room type that I booked. Restaurant food was a good standard, but well over priced
