A great little stay

I was a little worried after reading the reviews - but the hotel is actually a gem. Its location is perfect, just across from a swim pier on the ocean. It has free stand up paddle boarding SUP, as well as free kayaks and free bikes. The pool area is good, although the pool itself is a little shallow but still welcome to cool off it. It’s family run, and they were very attentive and welcoming. Only thing was that my bath towel was a little frayed at the edges. Otherwise, it was great. The room was comfortable, with a fridge, air con and a nice balcony.

We went here because we wanted to have a hot tub, once we got thereamd asked about one the said it was down bc of the weathdr. We looked everywhere and there wasn't one on sitr... they are advertising something they dont have.. they do have a good breakfast and a beautiful sunset

Una vera sorpresa, probabilmente uno dei migliori soggiorni che abbiamo avuto in tanti anni di viaggi, se non addirittura il migliore in assoluto. Sin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti con una disponibilità, una gentilezza e un calore davvero rari. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Giacomo, che già dal nostro arrivo ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie con una disponibilità straordinaria. È stato sempre presente, attento, cordiale e genuinamente interessato a farci stare bene, quasi come se fossimo a casa. Anche al momento del saluto finale ha confermato la stessa attenzione e la stessa gentilezza dimostrate fin dal primo minuto. Un elogio particolare anche a Federica e alle altre colleghe, sempre sorridenti, disponibili e professionali. L’intero staff trasmette un senso di ospitalità autentica che fa davvero la differenza. La colazione è stata ottima, curata e piacevole, ma ciò che rende questo posto davvero speciale è soprattutto l’accoglienza umana: ci si sente seguiti, ascoltati e trattati con una familiarità elegante e mai invadente. La struttura si è rivelata decisamente superiore alle nostre aspettative e ci ha lasciato un ricordo bellissimo. È raro trovare un luogo in cui alla qualità del soggiorno si aggiunga una tale attenzione personale verso l’ospite. Complimenti sinceri a tutti, e in particolare a Giacomo, Federica e a tutto il team. Torneremmo senza alcun dubbio e consigliamo questa struttura con il massimo dei voti.

Location ed accoglienza ottimi. Camere bellissime. La colazione non l’ho potuta godere per il semplice fatto che il personale addetto al bar non mi hanno considerato nonostante fossi stato circa cinque minuti davanti il bancone per chiedere un bicchiere di latte…ma non sono stato nè ascoltato nè guardato nè altro…unica nota negativa ma per il resto tutto splendido

Wir kamen Nachts an Niemand war an der Rezeption also konnten wir nicht einchecken nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde uber whatsapp vom rezeptionist mitgeteilt, dass Nachts keine rezeption da ist. Das Geld haben die trotzdem behalten und nicht zurück überweisen. Wieso besteht überhaupt trotzdem die Möglichkeit ab 0 uhr für die vorige Nacht zu ein zimmer zu Buchen??

Agréable fond de mer et salines sûr Marsala.

Hôtel très bien tenue, le personnel est très accueillant et s'efforce de bien faire. Même si le carrelage est viellissant et démodé, le reste (sanitaires, clim, literie) est satisfaisant. La piscine est très agréable, un petit coup de lasure sûr les boiseries ne ferait pas de mal. Les espaces loisir sont fonctionnels, la cuisine d'été est sympa. Parking à disposition est bien placé et sécurisé. Cet établissement est très bien rapport qualité prix.
