The check in staff were very friendly. The room was clean and neat. Comfortable bed. Great pub. Very close to Train Station, which is awesome. Our Only Problem we had was that the bar stays open till 4am and you can’t sleep until they close and it is very noisy. And since we had to be up at 5am to get the train to the airport - we did not get any sleep.

The staff was great, the room was as advertised....and spotless with all kinds of toiletries, coffee & kettle set up and a TV. Super comfortable bed and a short train ride to the airport! Also, the attached restuarant and gaming parlor had great food and nice people! I'll stay again! Say 'Hi" to Dean and the folks at the bar.

Hotel is in an excellent location in Hurstville, I occupied the room with small private bathroom which includes just a tiny wash basin no real outside view from only window in the room and reasonably good shower. Lots of other rooms along a long corridor are not entirely sound proof, could hear other arrivals conversations at times whilst commencing my sleep. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits bathroom soaps. Fair value for money

The room I was originally in had no tv remote and aircon wasn't cooling. Queen bed was comfier, single bed hard and has large holes in the end of base. Then I was upgraded to another room. When enquired about aircon, overnight staff assisted well. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Great location I was lucky enough to find street parking after 5:30 so good till 9:00 the next morning Best welcome to a hotel in ages. Most just throw you the key and point. Charlotte Led me to the room and explained the process and bistro times etc. Other staff were just as friendly and welcoming the en-suite room was great. Just the right size no microwave or fridge but kettle and complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits, bottled water the bistro food is awesome and great value so that's a plus + Yes it's a pub. with pokies. so l assumed there would be some noise. It was a bit more than I expected with voices just outside/below my window but I still managed sleep. HINT: take earplugs if it bothers you For the low price I paid it is great value And if your money conscious like me, (aka tight a***) then download / join pubpass and get discount on meal, drinks. After cash back Expedia booking rebate ($14) my net total for room, meal, beer was $119 and a drink voucher for my next visit ($15). Will be back there as often as I need to It was a bit more
